The F&N Mix ‘n’ Win with Ice Cream Soda Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above, except employees and immediate family members of F&N Coca-Cola (M) Sdn. Bhd. (the “Organiser”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers. |

The Contest will run from 15 November 2009 to 10 January 2010 (the “Contest Period”). The Organiser reserves the absolute right to extend the Contest Period if deemed necessary. |

Each entry must be submitted complete with the participant’s required personal details (name as per NRIC, NRIC number, address and telephone number)particulars, accompanied with one (1) F&N bottle label (500ml or 1.5L) of any flavour, as proof of purchase (the “Proof of Purchase”). |

An entry comprises of a mocktail recipe and picture, participant’s personal detailsparticulars and Pproof of Ppurchase as above (Clause 3). The Organiser reserves the absolute right to automatically disqualify entries which are incomplete, illegible or disfigured, late entries or entries without the prescribed Proof of Purchase. |

All entries are to be sent via ordinary postnormal mail to “F&N Mix ‘n’ Win with Ice Cream Soda” Contest, P.O. Box 3202, 47507 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Any other means of delivery will be automatically disqualified. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. The Organiser will not be responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries. |

Each entryntries will be judged based on appearance, aroma and taste by a professional mixologist. |

There are 2 prize tiers to this Contest:
a) First Prize x 1
The First Prize is RM10,000 cash
a) Second Prize x 30
The Second Prize is a Panasonic 32” LCD TV each
Each participant is only entitled to win one (1) prize in the Contest. |

The Contest winners will be announced on the website www.funflavours.com.my, and/or any other medium deemed appropriate by the Organiser. |

The judges’ decision is final and binding and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained. |
| 10. |
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any one of the prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. |

The Organiser reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate and/or suspend this Contest, without the need to provide any prior notice. |
| 12. |
All winners must claim their respective prizes at the stated venue within three (3) months from the date of notification. The cheque must be banked in within six (6) months from the date of issue, failing which, the cheques will be cancelled. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the postal notification to the winner(s). All costs incidental to the redemption of prizes shall be borne by the winners. |

Participation in this Contest and acceptance of the prizes constitutes an irrevocable permission for the Organiser to use the winners' names and photographs for purposes of publicity and advertisement without any compensation or need for prior notification to the winners. |

Participants may receive future promotional messages from the Organiser. |

Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents (including death) resulting from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or utilization of the prizes. |

The Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, promoters and agents will not be responsible for whatsoever printing errors appearing on the F&N products or Proof of Purchase distributed in the market. |

These Terms & Conditions are prepared in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of inconsistencies between both versions of the Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |

By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all decisions by the Organiser are final and binding. The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and participants shall be bound by such changes. |
