The “F&N Freestylz II Show Your Moves” contest (the
“Contest”) is organized by F&N Coca-Cola (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
(the “Organiser”). |

| 2. |
The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 15-25, except
employees of the Organiser (including its subsidiaries and related
companies), the employees’ immediate family members (including spouses,
children, parents, brothers and sisters), representatives and/or dealers
of the Organiser (including advertising agencies, promotion agencies,
suppliers and event management agencies) and their immediate family
members (as herein defined). |

| 3. |
The Contest runs from 6 April 2009 – 15 August 2009 (the “Contest
Period”). The Organiser reserves the absolute right to extend the
Contest Period, if deemed necessary. The Preliminary stage runs from
6 April – 12 July 2009. Final stages run from 13 July – 15 August
2009. |

| 4. |
Participants under the age of 18 are required to obtain parental
consent to participate in the Contest. Parental consent must include
the approval to travel to South Korea if the participant under 18
emerges as the winner of the Contest. |

| 5. |
Participants may only enter the Contest as a team of 2 - 5 members
and participants are not allowed to be in more than one team. |
| |
|
| 6. |
The Contest will be divided into two (2) stages: |
| |
| a. |
Preliminary Stage – Selection of finalists is
based on entries uploaded at www.fnfreestylz.com /posted in
/ videos captured at selected locations and submitted to the
Organiser fulfilling the following criteria: - |
| |
| • |
Each team of participants are required to
produce a video recording of their dance routine to be
submitted to the Organiser. |
| • |
Each team of participants are required to perform any
form of Street Dance routine in their video recording
entry. |
| • |
The dance routine should be TWO to THREE (2 –3) minutes
long. |
| • |
Each team of participants are only allowed to submit
ONE (1) video entry. |
| • |
Entries may be submitted in either one of the following
formats: |
| i. |
Soft Copy (mpg) uploaded at www.fnfreestylz.com
or emailed to fnfreestylz@gmail.com |
| ii. |
Hard Copy (CD, mpg) posted to P.O Box 11876,
Postcode 50670, Kuala Lumpur, W.P. |
| iii. |
Videos captured at any selected roadshow locations. |
| iv. |
Videos captured at KL office at No. 70, Level
1, Wisma Intergrasi, Jalan PJS 1/46, Taman Petaling
Utama, 46000 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Please
call 1-300-88-6683 in advance to make an
appointment. |
| v. |
Supported video formats are windows media video,
3GP, AVI, MOV, MP4, MPEG, FLV, SWF, MKV. |
| vi. |
Each video recording must not exceed 8MB. |
| vii. |
Contestants (or crews) who upload video footages using copyrighted background music or performances by other crews may face the threat of lawsuit. F&N will not be held responsible should the contestant (or crew) insist on uploading video that contains copyrighted materials or performances by other crews. |
| viii. |
Videos uploaded to Youtube featuring copyrighted music or video will be censored by Youtube. F&N will not be held responsible should the video uploaded be censored. |

A valid entry is an entry submitted with the respective
participating teams’ name, full names of each team member,
NRIC number of each team member, and contact details. |
| • |
The Organiser reserves the absolute right to disqualify
entries, which do not conform to the above prescribed
Contest entry criteria. |
| • |
Participants of this Contest unconditionally agree that
each participating video entry submitted to the Organiser
shall be deemed the exclusive property of the Organiser
and will not be returned. |
| • |
Participation in this Contest constitutes an irrevocable
permission for the Organiser to use, publish or broadcast
the video entries, any participants’ names and pictures
for purposes of publicity, advertisement and marketing
communication without any compensation or notification
to the participants. |

Top 20 Finalist selection: |

| b. |
Final Stages – Winners of the Grand Prize, First Runner-up
and Second Runner-up Prizes are selected (in the above order
of priority) based on the teams with the most outstanding performance
at the final event. |

Selection Process: -
| • |
The qualifying teams from the Preliminary
Stage will be required to participate at the Quarter Finals
Stage. |
| • |
Twenty (20) teams (the “Quarter Finalists”) will be
short-listed and notified via phone to participate at
the Quarter Finals Stage (the “Event Day”). |
| • |
The Quarter Finalists are required to participate in
a workshop (venue and date to be notified) for tips and
guidance on production of their dance routines.

Each Quarter-Finalist
team is required to perform TWO (2) pre-choreographed
routine during the Quarter Finals Stage. |

| • |
At the end of the Quarter Finals, FIFTEEN (15) teams
(the “Semi-Finalists”) will be selected to move on to
the Semi Finals Stage.

Each Semi-Finalist team is required
to perform TWO (2) pre-choreographed routine during
the Semi Finals Stage. |
|
| • |
At the Semi Finals Stage, TEN (10) teams (the “Grand
Finalists”) will be selected to move on to the Grand Finale
Stage.

Each Grand Finalist team is required
to perform a pre-choreographed routine during the
Grand Finale Stage. |
| - |
FIVE (5) finalists will be short listed to perform
ONE (1) last routine before the winners are selected. |

| 7. |
| Judges |
| • |
Judges are made up of members of the organizing
committee, which include personnel from the Organiser, its activation
and partnered artists. |
| • |
Non-participants are allowed to vote. |
| • |
In a case where a dispute may arise, the decision of the Organiser
is final and binding and no appeal will be entertained. |

| |
|
| 8. |
By participating in this Contest, participants have agreed to be
bound by the Rules & Regulations of this Contest, the Terms &
Conditions of the prizes and the decision of the judges. Finalists
will have further Rules & Regulations to comply. The judges' decisions
on all matters are final and binding and no correspondence or appeal
will be entertained. |

| 9. |
The Grand Prize is not exchangeable for cash. |
| |
|
| 10. |
The Grand Prize winner must abide by the terms and conditions attached
to the travel package and/or the tour company arranging and/or providing
the travel package prizes. He/She shall at his/her own cost and expense
obtain valid passport(s) and must qualify for any visas (if required). |

|
| 11. |
The Organiser reserves the right to change the contest dates, prizes,
contest rules and regulations or change, cancel, terminate and/or
suspend this Contest at any time without prior notice. |
| |
|
| 12. |
Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case
of any accident, injury, death, damage, mishap, loss or claim resulting
from their participation in this Contest, including redemption and
/ or utilisation of their prizes. The Organiser shall not be responsible
for any liability, accident, injury, death, damage, mishap, loss or
claim in any manner whatsoever. |

| 13. |
All winners must claim their respective prizes at the stated venue
within SIX (6) months from the date of notification. All unclaimed
prizes will be forfeited and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt
or delayed delivery of the postal notification to the winner(s). All
costs incidental to the redemption of prizes shall be solely borne
by the winners. |

| 14. |
The Contest Terms & Conditions are prepared in English and Bahasa
Malaysia. In the event of inconsistencies between any of the languages
/ words used, the English version of the Terms & Conditions shall
prevail. |
